Can I try AEP before purchasing?
Yes — the Desktop App has a free trial period. Start at /start and choose Desktop App. No credit card required for the trial.
Is Desktop App pricing monthly or annual?
Both — $25/seat/mo, or $260/seat/yr if you pay annually (about 13% cheaper than paying monthly).
Is the AEP CLI included in the license price?
Yes. The CLI is a free optional add-on — no separate seat or license is required. It authenticates using the API key from your existing AEP account.
When will SaaS and Self-Managed be available?
Both are planned for Q4 2026. Get notified when SaaS opens or talk to sales about Self-Managed access.
